1. Apparently everyone thought that I should know Spanish
2. People do not know how to lock the lavatory door
3. Many people do not know that lavatory is the same as bathroom/restroom/baño/toilet
4. If you lock the bathroom door for someone they will pound on it until you unlock it for them
Either people just aren't smart or their IQs drop as soon as they step foot on an aircraft
